Many Relicreate products feature ceramic glazes, handcrafted finishes, artisanal techniques, or historically and culturally inspired designs.

Slight variations in color, texture, glaze, crackle patterns, shape, dimensions, pattern placement, and finish may naturally occur between individual pieces. These variations are part of the character and craftsmanship of the product and are not considered defects.

All product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to historical periods, cultural traditions, artifacts, artistic styles, kilns, museums, or historical objects describe the inspiration or cultural context of a product and do not imply that the product itself is an original antique, historical artifact, or museum-owned object.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Relicreate.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill the order.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered fulfillment.

If we make a material change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or other contact information provided at checkout.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased through Relicreate are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will govern with respect to that promotion.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

All shipping and delivery times provided by Relicreate are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Relicreate is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store and Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Relicreate.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Relicreate and is not responsible for the products sold through our store, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
