ANCIENT FORMS. MODERN CRAFT.
Relicreate began with something personal.
Through my husband’s family, I was introduced to a deeper appreciation of Chinese history. My mother-in-law, in particular, has always had a deep love for it — and her passion became contagious.
The more I learned, the more fascinated I became.
I began to see that behind every artifact was more than an object. It was a story. A person who once held it. A time in which it meant something. A way of living, believing, celebrating, and creating.
And somewhere along the way, I fell in love with them.
Relicreate grew from a simple desire to share that feeling — the joy of discovering something beautiful, and then discovering the story behind it.
Across thousands of years, Chinese culture has left us extraordinary forms, symbols, craftsmanship, and stories. Through Relicreate, I hope to bring a little of that wonder into modern life — through objects we can live with, stories we can discover, and pieces of the past we can make our own.
